The FREE Burger Giveaway (no vouchers needed) will be held on Wednesday, August 20, from 2–6 p.m. at all 23 George Webb locations throughout Wisconsin .

Going, going...GONE! You knocked it out of the park and set a George Webb burger giveaway record! Since last Friday, we’ve given out around 100,000 vouchers for free hamburgers.
(We’re officially out of vouchers, but you can still grab a fresh and tasty Free burger on Wednesday, August 20, between 2–6p.m.)

All Hungry fans are welcome to stop by any location for a free, juicy burger on August 20th from 2–6p.m. and enjoy camaraderie with fellow baseball fans. Those with vouchers can use them at a later date to enjoy a delicious George Webb hamburger and savor the moment. A limited menu will also be available on the giveaway day with great deals on extra burgers, fries, and drinks.

A Legendary Promise Made Real

Back in the 1940s, George Webb boldly predicted a 12-game winning streak for Milwaukee’s team—first the Braves and later the Brewers—and famously said the city deserved a free burger if it ever happened. He didn’t promise it outright—but here in Milwaukee, promises are kept.

This magical feat has only happened twice before:

• 1987 – The Brewers ran off 13 straight to start the season, and George Webb handed out 168,000 free burgers in one unforgettable giveaway.
• 2018 – Another 12-game streak spanning the regular season and playoffs led to 90,000 free burgers plus 100,000 redeemable vouchers.
